Brand · Decision · Direction

When your company deserves to be understood better

Most brands aren’t weak.
They’re undecided.

The more complex the product, the more sensitive the topic, the faster the growth. The harder it becomes to hold a clear direction. That’s exactly where I come in.

Does this sound familiar?
Our product is good. But we can’t explain it in a way that makes the right people truly understand it.
We invest in activities, but nothing connects. There’s no clear line.
Good prospects come, but they don’t convert. We’re not sure what role we actually play for them.
Our product requires trust. But how to build that trust systematically, we don’t know.
What I do differently

Brand isn’t what you show.
It’s what everything should align with.

I look beyond communication I examine product, marketing and internal logic together. Because the real problems rarely sit only on the surface.

I find the breaks in the system Often it’s not the product that’s the problem, but the missing connection between offer, language, measures and decisions. I make visible exactly where these breaks occur.

I work strategically, but not abstractly My work doesn’t end with models or workshops. It should help in everyday life, in decisions, priorities and the question of what actually makes sense.

I bring outside perspective with substance Around 20 years of practice help me recognise patterns quickly. Things that have long seemed normal internally often only become readable from the outside.
Work with me

Four ways to work together.

01

Orientation

When a lot is happening, but it’s unclear where you actually stand.

I analyse product, communication and market position together and identify where the real gaps lie and where the greatest potential sits.

02

Direction

When decisions are difficult because no shared goal is visible.

We develop positioning, brand role, tonality and core messages together as a concrete foundation that communication and decisions can align with.

03

Navigation

When it’s clear something needs to change, but not where to start.

Focused sparring on a specific challenge or question. Not a big project, but the decisive impulse at the right moment.

04

On Track

When the direction is right, but gets lost in everyday life.

Ongoing strategic support as a fixed outside perspective for decisions, priorities and the question of what truly makes sense.

Right for you, if …

  • Your product needs explanation and isn’t self-evident
  • Trust plays a central role in the buying process
  • A lot is running in parallel, but no clear line is visible
  • You notice that decisions are getting harder

Not the right fit, if …

  • You want quick results without fundamentally changing anything
  • Your focus is on reach rather than direction
  • You’re looking for more output, not better decisions
About me

I work where others start losing direction.

I combine strategic thinking with around 20 years of practice. Originally from a design background, my focus today is less on the craft itself and more on what it needs to carry.

The first step is a conversation

No pitch. No sales pressure. Just an honest conversation about whether my approach fits your situation.

I work with a small number of projects at a time and usually respond within two to three days.
